-Orders will be shipped out of our warehouse within 24 hours of your order being placed. Sales or Holidays may take longer as posted. 

-You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. 

-All orders will ship from our Louisville, Kentucky warehouse. 

-Below ship time estimates will be a few days longer during busy shipping seasons such as Christmas, New Years and Black Friday. 

-Free standard shipping on orders over $99 USD.

-For orders under $99 USD, a shipping will be calculated at checkout.

-We use UPS Second Day Air. RUT DANIELS does not guarantee delivery inside 48 hours, and will still require standard processing times for us to prepare your order. Covid delays still apply. Please see the UPS PAGE for more information. 

-Free shipping on orders over $99 USD. 

-For orders under $99 USD, shipping will be calculated at checkout. 

We use USPS First Class Package International. The order is picked up by USPS from our warehouse and is transferred to Canada Post once it clears customs and is in Canada. Final delivery will be made by Canada Post. 

Estimated delivery time is anywhere between 10-20 business days.
