GENERAL:
-Orders will be shipped out of our warehouse within 24 hours of your order being placed. Sales or Holidays may take longer as posted.
-You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
-All orders will ship from our Louisville, Kentucky warehouse.
-Below ship time estimates will be a few days longer during busy shipping seasons such as Christmas, New Years and Black Friday.
USA CUSTOMERS:
-Free shipping on orders over $50 USD.
-For orders under $50 USD, a $4.95 shipping fee will be charged.
For orders over one pound we use UPS SurePost:
-Estimated 2 to 7 days to US lower 48 destinations. Non-US 48 destinations will have longer transit times.
-Delivery days: Monday to Saturday
-Pickup is done by UPS with final delivery done by USPS.
For orders under one pound we use Mail Innovations:
-Estimated 5-7 business days
-Pickup is done by UPS with final delivery done by USPS
EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
-We use UPS Second Day Air. We do not guarantee delivery inside 48 hours, and will still require standard processing times for us to prepare your order. Covid delays still apply. Please see the UPS PAGE for more information.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:
-Free shipping on orders over $50 USD.
-For orders under $50 USD, a $10 USD shipping charge will apply.
We use USPS First Class Package International and USPS Priority Mail International Flat rate. The order is picked up by USPS from our warehouse and is transferred to Canada Post once it clears customs and is in Canada. Final delivery will be made by Canada Post.
Estimated delivery time is anywhere between 10-20 business days.
DUTIES AND TAXES:
-These are not additional shipping charges by Rut Daniels and are dependent on goods, fabric contents and current international trade agreements.
-Canadians can expect no duty charges on orders less than $150 CDN.
-Sales tax will also not be charged on orders under $40 CDN.
